Lower the outlet air temperature. When the outlet air temperature is too high, it is undoubtedly not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction. After statistics, we found that it is more economical to lower the outlet air temperature than to increase the inlet air temperature. The adjustment of the outlet air temperature needs to refer to the moisture content of the material.
Reduce evaporative load. The evaporation load of the spray dryer is too large, indicating that the solid content in the material is low. This will greatly reduce the thermal efficiency of the dryer. Appropriately increase the solid content of the feed liquid to reduce the evaporation load of the spray dryer.
