Structural features:
1. When the material feed amount fluctuates, the gear transmission keeps the rotation speed constant and the mechanical efficiency is high.
2. The long cantilever structure is used to achieve an "automatic centering" effect when the main shaft is running, reducing the vibration of the main shaft and atomization disk.
3. Set up floating bearings to support the flexible shaft at three fulcrums, allowing the shaft system to quickly cross the critical speed.
4. Arrange the fixed support positions reasonably and arrange the fixed support positions at the node positions to reduce the vibration load of the shaft system.
