The centrifugal atomizer of the spray dryer is required to work stably at high speed. Therefore, the flange surface of the atomizer on the upper part of the tower must be kept level, and a rubber flange pad is set between the two flange surfaces to prevent vibration. Special attention is required during maintenance.
1. When placing it directly for a long time, please cut off the power and air source
2. Packing equipment, add lubricant that meets the requirements in the reducer before packaging the equipment.
3. The equipment must be stored in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive medium, and vibration-free environment.
4. Check the packaging regularly.
5. After long-term storage, the performance of the equipment should be reconfirmed before reinstallation or startup.
