Measures to reduce cavitation in vacuum dryers:
1) Reduce the vibration of the surface of the vacuum dryer in contact with the liquid, and reduce the occurrence of cavitation by reducing the phenomenon of water hammer. Common measures include increasing the rigidity of the hydraulic pump of the vacuum dryer and improving its support device.
2) When choosing a hydraulic pump for a vacuum dryer, choose more cavitation-resistant materials to make the hydraulic pump. At present, the common cavitation-resistant materials for hydraulic pumps are cast iron and stainless steel.
3) If allowed, you can smear some plastic or chrome on the surface of the parts of the vacuum dryer, which can reduce the occurrence of cavitation.
4) In the design of parts, the surface roughness of the parts of the vacuum dryer can be reduced. If the eddy current generated when the liquid flows can be reduced, the cavitation phenomenon of the vacuum dryer can also be slowed down to a certain extent.
5) Some carbs can be added to the water to reduce the damage caused by cavitation to the vacuum dryer by reducing the impact force when the bubbles collapse.
