(2) Multi-layer fluidized bed dryer: The disadvantage of single-layer fluidized bed drying is the uneven humidity of the product after drying. In order to improve this shortcoming, multi-layer fluidized bed dryers appeared.
(3) Horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed dryer: Horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed dryer is suitable for drying various 4~14 mesh granular materials made by granular machines that are difficult to dry. The initial humidity is generally 10~30 %, the final humidity of the dried material is generally 0.02~0.3%.
(4) Spray bed dryer: For materials with coarse particles and easy to bond, which are difficult to fluidize and dry in a fluidized bed due to their poor fluidization properties, spray bed drying can be used. The bottom of the spray bed dryer is conical and the upper part is cylindrical. The gas enters from the bottom of the cone at high speed, and some solid particles move upward to form a central channel. The particles at the top of the bed act like a fountain, being ejected by updrafts at the base of the cone.
(5) Vibrating fluidized bed dryer: The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a new equipment developed in recent years. It is suitable for drying materials whose particles are too thick or too thin, easy to bond, and difficult to fluidize. In addition, it is also used for materials with special requirements, such as sugar drying that requires complete crystal shape, bright crystals, uniform particle size, etc.
(6) Pulse fluidized bed dryer: Pulse fluidized bed drying is also used for materials that are not easy to fluidize or have special requirements.
