Fluidized bed dryer start-up procedure
1. Adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor so that the machine reaches the required amplitude;
2. Start the induced draft fan;
3. Start the fan, and pay attention to whether the direction of the air supply and induced draft fans is correct;
4. Adjust each parameter to reach the required value and stabilize it within a certain range;
5. Start the vibration motor.
After the fluidized bed dryer machine is started, precautions before normal operation:
1. Pay attention to the operation of the machine when starting it. If there is any abnormality, stop it immediately for inspection;
2. If there is contact and friction with the auxiliary machine, the machine should be stopped immediately and adjusted;
3. If the connecting bolts are loose and abnormal sounds are produced, stop the machine immediately for inspection and retighten the loose screws.
4. Pay attention to the steering of the two motors and they should meet the requirements;
5. The amplitude should comply with the regulations (full amplitude);
6. Under normal working conditions, the dryer should vibrate uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions according to the determined amplitude value. It should not produce inconsistent amplitudes before and after or shaking from left to right. Otherwise, you should carefully check whether the exciting force of the vibration motor is the same and whether the counterweight iron is loose;
7. It is normal for the machine to have a large amplitude when starting and stopping, and there is no need to adjust it.

Fluidized bed dryer shutdown procedure
1. Stop feeding and allow all materials in the machine to be processed;
2. Stop the vibration motor;
3. Turn off other ancillary equipment.
