Food spray dryer can maintain material properties

A spray dryer operated at a lower temperature can better retain the natural properties of the material. By atomizing the liquid, a large surface area is created, which then dries the material faster and more thoroughly.

Advantages:
- Creates dry powder in fewer steps; minimizes undried/agglomerated particles; eliminates unwanted stickiness/moisture.
- It can dry materials that are difficult to dry by other drying techniques.
- By using a four-nozzle system, two liquids are reacted dry.
- Drying of materials at low temperatures (below boiling point) to preserve material properties (particularly helpful for the food industry).
- The powder is uniform and the particle size is small.
- Control and adjust the droplet median diameter by changing the gas-liquid ratio.
- Using the four-fluid nozzle system, two different liquids are mixed and dried.
