Flash dryer mainly consists of dryer, heater, cyclone separator and exhaust gas treatment device.
Raw material feeding: The wet material enters the dryer through the feeding system.
Heating: The heater provides a heat source and sends hot air or other hot media into the dryer to increase the internal temperature of the dryer.
Flash evaporation: When the wet material enters the hot dryer, the water begins to evaporate rapidly due to the increase in temperature. At this time, the moisture in the wet material is instantly converted into steam, forming a flash evaporation phenomenon. This process is completed in a very short time.
Separation: The steam generated by flash evaporation and solid materials enter the cyclone separator together. In the cyclone separator, solid materials are separated due to centrifugal force, while the steam is discharged through the exhaust gas treatment device.
Dry material collection: The separated solid materials are collected through the discharging system to complete the drying process.
