Description

The industrial starch flash dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high consumption of static drying. In the design process, the machine fully combines the characteristics of ordinary fluid drying such as airflow drying to maximize its strengths and avoid weaknesses, so that the whole machine has a reasonable process structure and superior performance, and truly achieves the low consumption and high efficiency goals of fluidized drying.



Principle

The clean thermal medium heated by the heat source enters the drying chamber in a tangential form, forming a powerful vortex swirling airflow with the mechanical agitation mechanism. The wet material is metered into the drying chamber by a feeder, pulverized and dried by stirring and vortex flow. The top of the drying chamber is set with a particle size classifier. The fine powder that meets the drying requirements is discharged from the top of the tower and collected by the latter separator. The larger particles that do not meet the drying requirements are blocked by the classification ring, returned to the drying chamber, and continue to be pulverized and dried. After drying to qualified product, it is discharged out the drying chamber with hot air and collected by a separator. The clean exhaust gas is emptied by the induced draft fan.

Performance characteristics

The starch flash dryer turns the block wet material into dry powder in seconds, which is suitable for continuous, rapid, instantaneous and fluidized drying of filter cake-like materials.

1) A variety of feeding devices are available for selection, and the feeding is continuous and stable without bridging.

2) A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to avoid qualitative changes in the high temperature zone at the bottom.

3) Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission part.

4) The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and at the same time makes the wind speed in the tower more balanced.

5) The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl plate, and the fineness of the material and the final moisture are adjustable and controllable.

6) The organic combination of swirling, fluidization, spouting and crushing classification technology.

7) The equipment is compact, small in size, high in production efficiency, and continuous production has realized small equipment and large production.

8) High drying intensity, low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency.

9) The material residence time is short, the finished product quality is good, and it can be used for drying heat-sensitive materials.
