Mechanical use of vacuum dryers

The vacuum dryer directly sublimates the solid moisture (ice) in the article into water vapor under vacuum conditions. The vacuum dryer is composed of a refrigeration system, a vacuum system, a heating system, and an electrical instrument control system. The main components are drying box, condenser, refrigeration unit, vacuum pump, heating/cooling device, etc. The working principle is to freeze the dried items below the triple point temperature. Remove from item and allow item to dry. After pre-processing, the materials are sent to the quick-freezing bin for freezing, then sent to the drying bin for sublimation and dehydration, and then packed in the post-processing workshop. The vacuum system establishes low pressure conditions for the sublimation drying chamber, the heating system provides latent heat of sublimation to the material, and the refrigeration system provides the required cooling capacity to the cold trap and drying chamber.

The material is heated evenly; high-efficiency water traps are used, and the equipment is heated by high-efficiency radiation. It can realize rapid defrosting; adopt high-efficiency vacuum unit, and can realize oil-water separation; adopt parallel centralized refrigeration system, multi-channel on-demand cooling, stable working conditions, which is beneficial to energy saving; artificial intelligence control, high control precision and convenient operation. The quality requirements for freeze-dried products are unchanged biological activity, uniform appearance and color, plump shape, firm structure, fast dissolution rate, and low residual moisture. To obtain high-quality products, a relatively comprehensive understanding of the theory and process of freeze-drying should be obtained.

The tank is rotated slowly, and the freeze-drying vacuum drying process includes three stages: pre-freezing, sublimation and re-lyophilization. Reasonably and effectively shortening the freeze-drying cycle has obvious economic value in industrial production. The vacuum dryer passes heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or heat transfer oil) into the sealed interlayer and transfers the heat to the inner shell to the material to be dried. under power. The materials in the tank are mixed from time to time, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying. The materials are in a vacuum state, and the atmospheric pressure drops to make the water (solvent) on the surface of the materials reach a saturated state and evaporate, and are discharged in time by a vacuum pump.
