QG Impulse Pneumatic Dryer is for mass-drying. In principle of instant drying, it uses fast-moving heating air to drive wet materials suspending in the hot air, thus entrance the whole drying process and improve heat and mass transfer rate. Materials after pneumatic drying can be removed almost all nonboundwater (for example, materials like starch's moisture content is about≤40% when feeding, while this rate can be reduced to 13.5% when the finished materials are discharged), and won't become deteriorated. The machine can significantly increase yield compared with ordinary dryer, thus users can obtain a higher economic efficiency in the short term.

Applications
