1. Whether the pipe connection is installed with sealing material and then connected to ensure that unheated indoor air does not enter the drying chamber.
2. Check stationary equipment, pipes, static sealing points, and high-speed centrifugal spray dryers for running, running, dripping, leaking and clogging.
3. Check that the door and viewing window holes are closed and check for air leaks.
4. Check whether the locks, electronic instruments, valves, etc. of the electrical high-speed centrifugal spray dryer are all normal. Tighten the pollinator at the bottom of the cylinder and the bottom of the cyclone, and the pollinator must be cleaned and dried. Before installation, check whether the sealing ring has fallen, and the pollinator can be tightened if it does not fall.
5. Click the start button to start the centrifugal fan, and check whether the rotation direction of the centrifugal fan is accurate.
6. Fill the oil filling port of the centrifugal nozzle motor to more than 1/2 of the observation hole, and then turn on the oil circulation pump.
7. Check whether the regulating butterfly valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan is open. (Special attention: do not close the butterfly valve, otherwise it will damage the electric heater and the air pipeline, which must be paid special attention)
8. Whether the connection pipeline of the feed pump is connected well, and whether the rotation direction of the motor and the pump is accurate.
9. Place the spray head on top of the drying chamber to avoid air leakage.
10. Shut off the outlet of the feed pump.
