1. Dryer body:
According to different production requirements, the dryer body can be made of A3 steel plate or A3 steel plate with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate inside. The wall of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate is easy to clean, which is conducive to meeting the sterility requirements of the medicine, and has a good anti-corrosion effect on acid and alkali.
There are three sight glasses on the front and back of the body to facilitate the observation of the drying of the material. The sight glass gasket is made of silicone rubber, which is not only sealed but also suitable for the non-toxic drying requirements of medicines. The body is equipped with a vacuum gauge and a thermometer, as well as a disinfection port, which is used to disinfect and protect the material before or during the middle and later stages of drying.
The disinfection gas and the protective gas are selected by the user. During the disinfection process, the vacuum pump and the vacuum valve must be closed, and the disinfection port must be closed after the disinfection is completed. For non-bacterial operation, a steam filter (for the disinfection port) and an air filter (for the vent valve port) should be equipped. Considering that the input steam pressure of the disinfection port is too high, a safety valve is also installed on the body for protection <≤0.2 MPa>. There is a steam inlet (or hot water outlet) on the body, a steam trap interface (or hot water inlet) and a sewage outlet under the body. Considering that the user is drying materials with high water content, it will be in the device during the drying process. A large amount of water in the body forms secondary evaporation, which slows down the drying speed. The factory also produces a sewage storage tank accessory to overcome the above drawbacks. After the material is removed from the drying process, the sewage can be discharged.
2. Drying rack in the dryer:
According to different drying requirements, the drying rack can be made of 20# seamless steel pipe or 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel pipe. According to the different drying temperature requirements of the material, the drying rack has three types: steam type, hot water type and electric heating type.
3. Hot water tank:
The hot water tank is specially designed and produced for hot water vacuum dryers. There are water level gauges, water inlets, leaking water outlets, sewage outlets, temperature measuring ports, hot water inlet and outlet, SC-Ⅱ steam heating muffler (or electric heating water heater), and an automatic digital display temperature control device, which is convenient for users The ground setting temperature is between 0～100℃. The thermal insulation layer of the hot water tank is 80mm thick, and the working state of the whole hot water tank is low noise and low energy consumption. The hot water tank is attached with a tank rack. The hot water tank should be clean and soft water to prevent the scale from affecting the heat transfer rate and water circulation rate.
4. Steam solenoid valve holder:
The steam solenoid valve holder is mainly used for heating the hot water tank. When the hot water temperature reaches the preset value, the thermometer informs the electric control box to cut off the steam solenoid valve. When the hot water temperature is lower than the preset value, the steam solenoid valve is opened , To achieve the purpose of automatic humidity control. Once the steam solenoid valve fails, close the two shut-off valves on the left and right of the steam solenoid valve, and open the one below to realize manual temperature control. Disassembly and repair of the steam solenoid valve will not affect normal operation.
5. Hot water pipeline pump:
The hot water pipeline pump is mainly used for the hot water circulation of the hot water vacuum dryer, and the model is SGR40-6-20.
6. Hot water solenoid valve holder:
The hot water solenoid valve holder is mainly used for the hot water inlet and cut-off function of the hot water vacuum dryer drying rack. The hot water solenoid valve is connected with the electric control box to realize automatic control, and its function is similar to the steam solenoid valve holder.
7. Condenser:
The role of the condenser is to recover the solvent in the vacuum pumping line, with a heat exchange area of 7m2, as shown in Figure 1, where the e interface enters cold water, and the f interface exits water. If the user has special requirements for the recovery of solvents, the factory can make the condenser according to the material required by the user. The factory also designs and manufactures a multi-pass finned copper tube condenser with an operating pressure of 0.1 MPa～0.2Mpa, the outer shell is made of stainless steel, and the heat exchange tube is made of red copper tube. It is equipped with S-2F6.5 refrigerator, and F- 22 is a refrigerant, and the condenser is attached with a shelf.
8. Storage tank:
The role of the storage tank is to store the recovered solvent, which can be made according to the material required by the user. The storage tank is equipped with a vacuum pumping inlet and outlet, a solvent discharge valve port, a vent valve port, and a liquid level gauge.
9. Vacuum pump:
Please refer to the technical data list and vacuum dryer system configuration table for the selection of vacuum pumps. Suitable vacuum pumps can be selected according to the boiling point, evaporation capacity and drying requirements of the material. However, in the case that the solvent does not need to be recovered, due to the large amount of water vapor contained in the vacuum pumping and dehumidification, the principle is to use a water ring vacuum pump or a water jet pump or a ZSL-I-100 jet vacuum pump. Water ring vacuum pump can be combined with mechanical booster pump.
10. Electric control box:
Mainly used for automatic temperature control cycle of hot water, automatic temperature control of electric heating drying rack, temperature digital display setting, manual and automatic control of vacuum pumps, hot water pipeline pumps, condensers, cold water circulating pumps, etc.
11. Baking plate:
When the material to be dried allows, choose 10 mesh to 12 mesh stainless steel screen plate (1Cr18 Ni 9Ti) as far as possible, which is conducive to the drying of the material.
