4.2. Check whether the bearings, bushings, and transmission parts such as shafts and gears are abnormal. If found, the damaged parts should be replaced in time.
4.3. The mechanical drive atomizer is rotated by high-speed gears. The high-speed lubricating cooling oil must be continuously circulated and cooled, so that the gears, shafts and bearings can be well lubricated. (Hydraulic oil or spindle oil can be used) The viscosity of the operating oil should not be too high.
4.4. To increase the operating life of the atomizer, it is best to alternately operate the nozzles for 8 consecutive hours or rotate according to the situation. The lubricating oil of the rolling bearing should be replaced once every 150~200 hours. During operation, press the switch of the oil cup to add a few drops of lubricating oil to lubricate the bushing, that is, flip the small handle on the top of the oil cup up and down a few times, and then lay the small handle flat. If it is vertical, the oil cup It has been in the state of refueling, and the oil in the oil cup will be filled quickly, and the product will be polluted due to too much refueling.
4.5. After the operation, it should be washed with water.
4.6. During disassembly, care should be taken not to bend the main shaft. When installing the spray disc, a plug should be used to control the gap between the disc and the housing. The nut fixing the spray disc must be tightened to prevent loosening and falling off.
4.7. Do not lay down after work and during transportation. Improper placement will bend the main shaft and affect the operation. Therefore, it should be placed in a fixed frame.
