Working Principle
Liquid materials are atomized through dedicated nozzles with high-pressure pumps. After being conditioned by the air distributor, the hot air enters the dryer. The material and hot air are mixed in the dryer for rapid heat and mass transfer. Powder or granular products can be produced in a very short time. Products with larger particle size are discharged from the bottom of the dryer, and smaller particles enter the cyclone with hot air. After dust removal in the scrubber, the exhaust gas is discharged into the air. According to different atomization pressures, dryers can be divided into high, medium and low pressure spray dryers, and considering different flow fields, they can be divided into co-flow, mixed-flow and counter-flow spray dryers.
