Description
(Aluminum Hydroxide) Pneumatic Dryer is also called as Air Flow Dryer. From 1960s it is applied at pharmaceutical industry. At the beginning of 2000s, we began to choose the newest technology both at home and abroad and provide complete equipment with high quality and cheap price to pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry and so on. For many years, it has developed 4 series: Q series, QG series, FG series and JG series.
Working Principle:
In pneumatic dryer, The wet material enters the dryer through the conveyor and the heated natural air at the same time. The two are fully mixed. Due to the large heat and mass exchange area, the purpose of evaporation and drying can be achieved in a short time.
The dried product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the fly powder is recycled by the cyclone dust collector or the bag filter.
Applicable Materials
Aluminum Hydroxide Powder
Inorganic: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, all kinds of metallic hydroxide, all kinds of heavy metallic salt, synthetic cryolite and etc.
Organic: cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and etc.
Ceramics: silicone trioxide, clay and etc.
Dye: anthraquinone, black ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide and etc.
Food: soya protein, agglomerative starch, wheat starch and etc.

Establish user files, get in touch with customers, introduce the technology and equipment of our factory, understand the needs of users, recommend corresponding equipment, implement sample and related technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.
2. On sale:
Provide users with relevant drawings and technical materials, coordinate the installation and construction of users' equipment, and inform users of the production speed and production quality. Ensure that user engineering progress is synchronized with equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After sale:
① Send personnel to the user to guide the installation, and be responsible for debugging until delivery.
② Responsible for the operation and maintenance skills training of relevant personnel of the user.
③ Provide spare parts for long-term quality and price.
④ The warranty period of the equipment is one year. If the equipment is damaged due to the quality of the equipment within one year after acceptance, it is responsible for free maintenance. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, a cost will be charged.
