2. After a period of operation, the spray dryer needs the necessary inspection and maintenance of the boiling granulation dryer. For the feeding system, check the filters, pipes, valves, nozzles, etc. for blockages, clean them regularly, check the wear of the nozzles of the boiling particle dryer, and replace the boiling particle dryer when necessary.
3. After running for a period of time, check whether the pump is leaking oil, whether the pressure gauge and oil level are normal, etc. For the blower of the boiling dryer, check whether the shaft and bearing are short of oil and heat, whether there is vibration, noise, etc., if necessary, clean the filters of the oil pipe, pump and oil nozzle.
4. In case of emergency, the equipment must be shut down immediately, and the blower and material pump must be shut down first. In the event of a sudden power failure, the gas engine should be pulled out to allow the tower body to cool naturally, and then the drain valve should be opened to drain the slurry in the slurry pipeline and clean the equipment.
