Fault 1: Wet powder is attached to the inner wall of the main tower.
There are usually two reasons for this phenomenon. First, the material feeding speed is too fast, the amount is too large, and it cannot be completely dried. The solution is to slow down the feeding speed and quantity, and adjust the feeding pump appropriately; the second is that the user did not operate according to the instructions, and the main tower was not heated. The solution is to increase the inlet and outlet temperatures of the dryer.
Fault 2: There are a lot of impurities in the product.
There are generally three reasons for this phenomenon. First, there are impurities in the spray dryer material, which are not filtered out during filtration. The solution is to check the air filter and replace the filter screen according to the situation; the second is that the purity of the material liquid is not high. The solution is to sample and test the material liquid to filter out the impurities in the material liquid; third, the equipment contains impurities. The solution is to regularly clean the equipment thoroughly to remove impurities.
Fault 3: The phenomenon of powder running is serious, and the product recovery rate is low.
If there is a problem with the cyclone separator, or the dust removal performance is low, the phenomenon of powder running is easy to occur. In response to this phenomenon, the former solution is to check the cyclone separator to see if there is a gap and whether the air tightness is intact; the latter solution is to appropriately increase secondary dust removal.
