Fluidized bed dryer is an enhanced drying device with special purpose. It is usually used for terminal drying of materials. Since mechanical vibration helps fluidize the material during the drying process, it not only facilitates boundary layer turbulence and enhances heat and mass transfer, but also ensures that the drying equipment works under relatively stable fluid dynamics conditions. In addition to its excellent drying function, this equipment can also be equipped with material granulation, cooling, screening and conveying processes according to the needs of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer process. It has been widely used in industrial sectors such as sugar production, medicine, fertilizer, chemical industry, plastics, dairy, salt industry, mining and metallurgy. This technology is basically mature and has been serialized, and vibrating fluidized bed dryers often use circulating ventilation equipment.
The circulating ventilation equipment of the fluidized bed dryer is designed to improve the problem that the filter dust removal materials used in the circulating ventilation equipment are difficult to disassemble and install, and are prone to clogging, which affects the ventilation effect.
The primary air of the circulating fluidized bed is hot air heated by the air preheater. Its main function is to fluidize the materials in the furnace and provide the amount of oxygen required for fuel combustion in the dense phase zone at the bottom of the furnace. The primary air is supplied by the primary fan and enters the furnace through the air distribution plate and the air hood from the next air chamber.
In addition to supplementing the oxygen required for fuel combustion in the furnace and enhancing the mixing of materials, the secondary air of the circulating fluidized bed can also appropriately adjust the distribution of the temperature field in the furnace to prevent local flue temperatures from being too high and reduce NOX emissions. Due to the quantity, the secondary air is generally supplied by the secondary fan, and some boilers share the primary and secondary fans.
