It can not only prevent the powder particles in the tower from rising, but also cool the atomizer, improve and solve the problem of flooding, and the adjustment and control is extremely convenient.
2) Tower wall jacket cooling system: For materials with strong thermal denaturation and low softening point, if the temperature of the tower wall is higher than the softening point of the material during long-term operation, the adsorbed dry powder will be melted and hung on the wall again, and the tower wall jacket will be used. The cooling system can perform natural ventilation or forced ventilation cooling on the tower wall and the top of the tower, so that the temperature of the tower wall is always below the softening point temperature of the material, and the effect is obvious.
3) Tower wall air scavenging device: It is normal for materials to be adsorbed on the tower wall due to the electrostatic effect of agglomeration and adhesion, but it needs to be cleaned up in time, otherwise the color and denaturation of the product will be affected, and the tower wall will be vibrated (such as electric hammer, air Hammer) can also vibrate the adsorption powder on the tower wall, but the rapping area is limited and cannot be fully cleaned. The tower wall air scavenging device is used to use purified air from many sprays of the spray pipe that slowly rotates around the straight cone of the tower. Blowing out from the hole, purging the accumulated material on the entire area of the straight cone of the tower, the effect is also obvious.
4) Pneumatic conveying system: Due to the high temperature of the dry powder after drying, the phenomenon of agglomeration and condensation often occurs if it is immediately bagged. In addition, the powder is collected directly from the cyclone separator, which is limited by the layout and structure of the dryer. The clean room must be very close to the dryer, which often causes inconvenience in the layout of the production process in the workshop. A pneumatic conveying system is used to send the powder from the main cyclone separator to the clean room hopper for product packaging, and use dehumidification to purify the temperature-adjusted air. Product cooling occurs while the product is being transported over long distances.
5) CIP cleaning system: the importance of cleaning is self-evident, the use of CIP cleaning system can fully and effectively solve the automatic cleaning of all parts in contact with the powder, and ensure that different batches of materials are not cross-mixed batch contamination and stage cleaning. Reliability, improved cleaning effect and improved operating conditions. The CIP cleaning system has multiple cleaning media (cold water, hot water, solvent, deionized water, compressed air, low-pressure steam) recycling, for hot blast chamber; drying tower body; main cyclone separator and inlet and outlet pipes; small cyclone for pneumatic conveying The separator and the four major working areas of the in and out conveying pipe can be operated manually or automatically according to the set procedure.
