Dimensional Design of Drying Tray of Static Vacuum Dryer

Static vacuum dryer trays should be completely interchangeable. All 12 pans should make exactly the same. Any one can then fit into any of the 12 possible positions which would make loading easier. The baking pan is fitted with 4 guide blocks for items below the frame; this will make it easier to slide the pan in and out.

The length of each vacuum drying equipment baking tray is 56 in order. Whatever its length is in practice, it must match the length of the guide rails inside the drying chamber. This should be checked before any wood is cut to size. Similarly, the width of each pan should be 27.5 in such that it will fit neatly on each pair of rails; this width should be 1.5 in than the distance between the rails and the check before cutting the wood again.

The baking pan is glued to the joint and tightened. The plastic mosquito grid was cut to the size of the baking pan plus my allowance for overlapping all four sides. Then it instead staples to the side of the frame. The current approach is to put the fabric and let the air pass through the baking pan. This makes it possible to limit the downtime of the FZG square static vacuum dryer at the end of the necessary wash collection for drying dried fruit and trays. Such fabrics are easier to wash than the oven itself.
