The number of revolutions of the screw conveyor of the dryer feeder is controlled by an inorganic speed-regulating motor. Control the feeding speed according to the material properties and drying process parameters.
(1) Turn on the induced draft fan and blower, then turn on the valve, heater and host, and let them preheat for 15 minutes. Turn on the vibrating bed again.
(2) Check the inlet air temperature. If it meets the specified requirements, you can open the feeder and start feeding.
(3) Observe the operation of the dryer, and correctly set and control these parameters such as inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature, feed flow, air volume, and air pressure in order to obtain a good drying effect.
(4) The cyclone separator should be discharged regularly to avoid excessive material accumulation and blockage.
(5) After the operation is completed, first stop the heating system. When the temperature in the bed drops below 80°C, stop the induced draft fan.
