(3) Increase the solid content and reduce the evaporation load. This is the most effective way to improve drying economy. If the solid content of the material liquid is increased from 30% to 32%, the output and thermal efficiency are both increased by about 9%.
(4) Preheat the material liquid.
(5) Reduce air leakage from the joint.
(6) Preheat the dry air with the waste heat of the system (the heat of the exhaust gas and the heat of the product).
(7) Use secondary or tertiary drying.
(8) An internal heat exchanger is installed in the double-cone rotary vacuum dryer to reduce air consumption and operation costs.
(9) Partial exhaust gas circulation is adopted.
(10) Use direct heat source heating. If the drying process allows, the flue gas can be directly used as the drying gas to save energy.
(11) Do a good job of heat preservation of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer to reduce heat loss. In short, the quality of the drying operation is directly related to the cost of chemical products and the sanitary conditions of the production environment. It should be improved, modified, and developed to make it more suitable for production needs and better serve production.
