It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.



Working Principle

After the air passes through the filter and the heating device, it enters the hot air distribution device on the top of the drying tower. Through this device, the clean and hot air enters the drying tower evenly, and rotates in a spiral shape, while sending the material liquid to the drying tower. In the centrifugal atomizer in the middle of the top, the material liquid is atomized into droplets by the centrifugal atomizer, which increases the contact area between the material liquid and the hot air, and the water evaporates quickly and is dried in a short time. After passing through the dust removal equipment, the dried product is taken out. The finished product is continuously output from the receiving port, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the induced draft fan.


Characteristics:

1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, the moisture is instantly evaporated and the drying time is 5-15 seconds, which is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

Dye Intermediate Powder

A dye is a coloured substance that chemically bonds to the substrate to which it is being applied. This distinguishes dyes from pigments which do not chemically bind to the material they colour. The dye is generally applied in an aqueous solution, and may require a mordant to improve the fastness of the dye on the fiber.


Both dyes and pigments are colored, because they absorb only some wavelengths of visible light. Dyes are usually soluble in water whereas pigments are insoluble. Some dyes can be rendered insoluble with the addition of salt to produce a lake pigment.


Food: Amino acid, vitamin, egg powder, bone powder, protein, milk powder, blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, pentadiene carboxylic acid, pectin, flavours, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.


Ceramic: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, Titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.


Chemical: Aluminum polychloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyzer, wasted liquid, etc.
