How to choose the thermostat of the flash dryer

There are many different thermostats in the drying equipment, and you only need to adjust the internal temperature. The choice of thermostat depends on which drying cycle the flash dryer uses.

The circulation thermostat is generally located in the air flow path as it leaves the drum. It is generally located in the ventilation/exhaust system or in the blower housing. The thermostat is approximately 1-1/2 inches long and has an oval shape. When removing it, mark the 2 wires so that they can be reconnected in the same way.

When the thermostat is in the room temperature detection, the multimeter is set to RX1, and the probe is touched to each terminal. If the thermostat is still working, it will read zero because we are testing for continuity. If you receive anything other than a zero reading, you need to replace it.
