Description
(PAC Powder) Spray Dryer is the most widely used process in liquid shaping technology. It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.
Working Principle
The air passes through the filter and heater and enters the air distributor on the top of the centrifugal spray dryer. The hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is pumped from the material liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of the dryer, so that the material liquid is sprayed into very small mist droplets. The material liquid contacts the hot air in parallel, and the water evaporates quickly. It is dried into finished products within time, and the finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
The user can select the heating method, dust collection and dust removal method according to the actual situation.
Characteristics:
1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, the moisture is instantly evaporated and the drying time is 5-15 seconds, which is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

3. High product quality with good uniformity, fluidity and solubility.
4. The product particle size, bulk density and moisture can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range.
Applicable Materials

PAC Powder
Aluminium chlorohydrate is a group of specific aluminum salts having the general formula AlnCl(3n-m)(OH)m. It is used in cosmetics as an antiperspirant and as a coagulant in water purification.
In water purification, this compound is preferred in some cases because of its high charge, which makes it more effective at destabilizing and removing suspended materials than other aluminum salts such as aluminium sulfate, aluminium chloride and various forms of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and polyaluminium chlorisulfate, in which the aluminum structure results in a lower net charge than aluminium chlorohydrate. Further, the high degree of neutralization of the HCl results in minimal impact on treated water pH when compared to other aluminium and iron salts.
Food: Amino acid, vitamin, egg powder, bone powder, protein, milk powder, blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, pentadiene carboxylic acid, pectin, flavours, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.
Ceramic: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, Titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.
Chemical: Aluminum polychloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyzer, wasted liquid, etc.
