The maximum size of the indoor spray dryer tower body after packaging should not exceed the maximum size allowed by the means of transportation. Before the manufactured parts of the tower body arrive at the installation site, check whether the position, shape and size of the reserved holes on each floor and the dimensions and specifications of the embedded steel plate parts on each floor meet the design requirements. Because the tower body (conical bottom and cylindrical section) is usually made of multiple prefabricated tailor-welded pieces, the weld seam should be located on the steel welding frame, so that the hammer flat, ground and polished weld seam after the tower body is installed and welded can also be matched with the The welded steel frame is firm and reliable, ensuring the structural strength of the spray dryer tower.

Check whether the floor to be installed meets the design requirements. Because the tower body of the indoor spray dryer usually has to pass through multiple floors, each floor should be designed with a load-bearing ring beam, so that the weight of the tower body can be evenly distributed on the load-bearing ring beam of each floor, and the The electric hoist used for lifting equipment is prefabricated at the center of the spray dryer tower body on the uppermost floor, and the load capacity of the electric hoist should be greater than the weight of the largest lifting piece; then the floor structure design is carried out according to the total weight of the spray dryer tower body, And ensure that the project is safe and reliable. There are usually two hoisting and welding methods for the tower body of the spray dryer. One method is the overlapping method, that is, after the bottom (cone) part of the tower is spliced and welded on the ground, it is hoisted and corrected in place by lifting equipment. After the first floor, the tailor-welded cylindrical tower body is hoisted segment by segment up to the top of the tower. Another method is the hoisting method, that is, the top of the tower is spliced and welded on the ground first, and after being hoisted and corrected by the hoisting equipment, the cylindrical section of the tower is spliced and welded section by section from top to bottom. Hoist up until the tower bottom (cone) tailor welding and hoisting is completed; the advantage is that operators can perform tailor welding work on the same floor, and the production efficiency is high, but multiple lifting equipment must work at the same time, and the operating cost is high.
