DW Series monolayer belt dryer is a kind of continuous through-flow drying equipment, for drying of sheet, strip and granular materials in good permeability, especially suitable for those materials with high moisture content but allowing no high drying temperature, such as dehydrated vegetables and Chinese medicine decoction pieces. This series of dryer has such advantages: fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. It can also dry paste cake-shape materials after they are processed into granules or rod.
Main Features
* You can adjust the amount of air, heating temperature, residence time and feeding speed to achieve the best drying results.
* Configuration of equipment is flexible; you can use network flushing system and material cooling system.
* Most air is cyclic utilization, highly saving energy.
* Unique air distribution devices make a more uniform hot air distribution, to ensure the consistency of product quality.
* Heating source can be steam, conduction oil, electricity or supported coal-fired (oil) hot blast heater.
Applications
Dehydrated vegetables, granule feedstuff, monosodium glutamate, coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, medicines, crude drugs, small wooden products, plastic products, electronic devices without aging and curing.
