Fluidized drying, also known as fluidized bed, consists of air filter, heater, fluidized bed, cyclone separator, bag-type dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation table. Due to the different nature of the dried materials, equipped dedusters may be considered according to different needs: you can choose both of cyclone separator, bag-type dust collector or either one of them.
Features
1. FG series vertical fluid bed dryer machine belongs to fluidizing drying, the heat mass is transferred quickly. It has a larger fluidizing space than GFG.
2. Because operation is done in negative pressure condition. There is no powder or dust flying in system.
3. Outlet air filter is multi-bag type and made of anti-static material. Operation is safe.
4. No dead corner, easy to clean.
5. Stirring device can be added based on special requirement.
6. High configuration can be selected: negative feeding system and PLC control system.
Applications
FG vertical fluid bed dryer can be used in drying powder or granule material in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and pesticide industries.
