2. Reduce the outlet air temperature. When the outlet air temperature is too high, it is undoubtedly not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction. After statistics, we found that it is more economical to lower the outlet air temperature than to increase the inlet air temperature.
3. Reduce the evaporation load. The evaporation load of the spray dryer is too large, indicating that the solid content in the material is low.
