5. Check the working conditions of cooling water, steam and material systems;
6. Check whether the safety device, brake device, accident alarm device and parking device are in good condition;
7. Check whether the thermal insulation and cold insulation of the safety shield, protective railing, and spray dryer pipeline are intact;
8. Check the installation foundation, anchor bolts and other connecting bolts of the spray dryer for looseness or vibration caused by loose connections;
9. Check the leakage of the static and dynamic sealing points of the spray dryer and the process pipeline.
