Vibrating fluidized bed is a fluidization technology that introduces external vibration energy into ordinary gas-solid fluidized bed. The vibrating fluidized bed has the advantages of inhibiting the formation and growth of bubbles, strengthening the contact between gas-solid and solid-solid, and improving the fluidization quality. Therefore, vibrating fluidized bed technology has been successfully used in the drying, heating, cooling, granulation and other processing processes of materials (especially materials that are easy to bond, have wide particle size distribution, and are heat-sensitive).
Fluidized bed dryers have two major structural forms:
1. The vibration motor is directly installed on the fluidized bed and is directly driven by horizontal rectangular (or trough) and vertical circular.
