After the centrifugal spray dryer is used, the spray plate should be removed, immersed in water, and the residual substances should be cleaned with water. When it cannot be washed off with water, it should be scrubbed with a brush. Because the residual substances on the spray disc will cause the spray imbalance, which will seriously affect the service life of the nozzle and even damage other parts. Do not place the nozzle horizontally after work and during transportation. Improper placement will bend the main shaft and affect the use, so there should be a fixed frame for placement.
Cleaning: In order to ensure the cleaning of the drying tower body and its pipes and all parts in contact with the finished product, and to obtain high-quality products, regular cleaning equipment is absolutely necessary. When the product variety is changed, or the equipment has been out of production for more than 24 hours without cleaning, it should be thoroughly cleaned once. The cleaning method can be dry cleaning, wet cleaning or chemical cleaning according to the actual choice.
Dry Cleaning: Clean with a brush, vacuum cleaner (suitable for small dryers).
Wet cleaning: wash with hot water at 60~80°C.
Chemical washing: cleaning with lye, acid and various detergents. Among them, acid washing: make HNO3 into a solution with a concentration of 1~2%, wash at a heating temperature not exceeding 65°C, and then wash with water; alkali washing: make a solution of NaOH at a concentration of 0.5~1%, and heat at a temperature not exceeding 65 ℃ for washing, and then rinse with water.
Things to pay attention to during the cleaning process:
After wet cleaning and chemical cleaning, the equipment and components should be installed and subjected to high-temperature disinfection for 15-30 minutes. When cleaning the centrifugal spray dryer, be careful not to wash with chlorine and its compounds. The cleaning of the air filter should be based on the surrounding environmental conditions, that is, the level of dust content in the air. Generally, it should be cleaned once every 3 to 6 weeks if the dust content is high, and once every 6 to 8 weeks if the dust content is low. Among them, the stainless steel filaments should be evenly laid in the frame of the air filter after being washed with alkali washing method, and sprayed with light spindle oil or vacuum pump oil.
