The atomizer can be turned off when the temperature is below 90°C. It can be turned off when the temperature is below 60°C.
2. After spraying, switch the raw material liquid to the solvent, and adjust the frequency of the atomizer to 50HZ, and spray for about 10 minutes, slowly reduce the speed of the atomizer to about 20HZ, and turn off the power of the centrifugal nozzle.
3. Keep the centrifugal fan running to reduce the temperature in the cyclone spray drying tower to 40-50℃, and then turn off the power of the fan.
4. Use the screw pump to clean the Jiangsu Shensheng centrifugal spray dryer.
Emergency Shutdown
1. When the temperature of the electric heater system software is too high, it is necessary to turn off the power supply of the electric heater system software immediately to prevent the electric heater system software from being burned or causing safety accidents such as fire.
2. When the centrifugal fan runs abnormally or stops running, it must be shut down urgently.
