Then pour a certain amount of water into the cooling water bucket and pour the spray-dried liquid into the feed bucket.
2) Further check and connect the butterfly valves on the dehumidifier and water collection bucket pipes to see if they are all open. In addition, the damper on the spray tower should be fully open and the spray cabin door should be closed tightly. The quick-release clamp of the connecting pipe must be installed correctly, open the air compressor outlet valve, close the exhaust valve, and connect the air pressure pipe. It must be fully ensured that the droplets are in contact with the hot air flow for sufficient heating. Exchange to achieve the purpose of spray drying of the raw liquid.
3) When the material enters the atomizer and starts spraying, turn on the vibrator, and the user can observe the atomization situation and outlet temperature. Because the atomization system must ensure the uniform distribution of droplet size, the quality of material spray drying can be guaranteed and the product quality qualification rate can be improved. If the outlet air temperature is higher than 90°C, the speed of the peristaltic pump can be slowly adjusted. The outlet air temperature drops to about 86°C, which is the normal spray flow rate and can be kept stable. At the same time, the particle size, particle size, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted accordingly.
