Usually, the most effective and direct methods of sterilization are moist heat and dry heat sterilization. Dry heat sterilization cannot be used, only moist heat (steam) sterilization can be used.


In this regard, to put it bluntly, it is to try to facilitate cleaning and sterilization, as long as it can be developed around this topic. Recently, some domestic manufacturers have made certain improvements. In terms of cleaning, the method of switching the vacuum pipeline, putting the pressurized cleaning water into the rotating cylinder, and then draining it, has improved, but the actual effect is not very ideal. . In terms of sterilization, some manufacturers consider the pressure bearing in the manufacture of cylinders and material valves, and they can switch the vacuum line and inject steam to complete SIP.


It can be seen from the above that if the angle of the cylinder cone of the double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is too large or too small, it will affect the effect of turning and mixing, and the drying surface of the material formed by it will ultimately affect the drying speed. Similarly, the high filling rate of the actual charging volume will also affect the effect of stirring and mixing, and affect the drying speed.
