1. Powder products can be obtained directly from liquid raw materials. Generally speaking, the particle size D50 of high-speed centrifugal spray drying is in the range of 60-125 μm (ie 250-120 mesh), and the particle size D50 of pressure spray drying is 125-250 μm (ie 120 ~ 60 mesh) range.
2. The drying time is very short, generally only 5~40Sec.
3. The temperature of the droplets during the drying process is not high, the thermal impact on the product is small, and defects such as protein changes, vitamins, active ingredients loss and oxidation are not easy to occur, and the quality of heat-sensitive materials, organisms and drugs can basically be close to that under vacuum dry standard.
4. The product basically maintains a spherical shape similar to that of droplets, and has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility.
5. By changing the water content of the liquid raw material or the conditions of spray drying, the residual moisture, particle size, bulk density, etc. in the product can be adjusted within a certain range, the production process is simplified, and the control and management are very convenient.
