Description
(Amino Acid) Spray Dryer is the most widely used process in liquid shaping technology. It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.
Working Principle
This Spray Drying machine is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the materials into a mist, fully contact with hot air to complete instant drying, and form a powdery finished product. The air first passes through the primary and medium-efficiency filters, is heated by the heater, and then enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape, and can be dried in a very short time in contact with the hot air. Finished product. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

Applicable Materials
Amino Acid Powder
Amino acids are organic compounds that contain amine (-NH2) and carboxyl (-COOH) functional groups, along with a side chain (R group) specific to each amino acid. The key elements of an amino acid are carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), and nitrogen (N), although other elements are found in the side chains of certain amino acids. About 500 naturally occurring amino acids are known (though only 20 appear in the genetic code) and can be classified in many ways.
