Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet the standards, spray drying is a better process.



Working Principle

Liquid material is atomized through a special pressure nozzle with a high-pressure pump. Hot air enters the dryer after being adjusted by an air distributor. The material and hot air is mixed in the dryer, rapidly carries on heat and mass transfer. Powder or granular products are produced in a very short time. Products with larger particles size are discharged from the bottom of the dryer, smaller particles enter the cyclone with hot air. The exhaust gas is discharged into the air after dust removal in a scrubber. The dryers can be divided into high, middle and low-pressure spray dryers according to different pressures of atomization, while taking into account different flow fields, they are divided into co-current, fountain mode and counter-current spray dryers.

Orthosilicic Acid Powder

Orthosilicic acid is a chemical compound with formula Si (OH)4. It has been synthesized using non-aqueous solutions. It is assumed to be present when silicon dioxide (silica) SiO2 dissolves in water at a millimolar concentration level.

a) Chemical industry: white carbon black, concrete admixture, barium sulfate, basic chromium sulfate, alumina, titanium oxide, kaolin, ferrite, talc, carbide, fertilizer, dye, detergent, ACR additives, Latex, water purifier, resin, plastic, cryolite, etc.

b) Food industry: dextrin, maltose, protein powder, egg yolk powder, oligosaccharides, granular fat, instant coffee, starch, spices, fruit and vegetable granules.

c) Dairy industry: skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, soy milk powder, ice cream powder, milk extract powder, sodium cumin etc.

d) Pharmaceutical industry: Chinese and Western medicine powders, antibiotics, biochemical products, vitamins, pesticide powders, hydrolyzed protein, enzymes, single cell protein, etc.

e) Building materials industry: ceramic blanks, glazes, ultra-fine powders, etc.

f) Environmental protection: flue gas desulfurization, papermaking black liquor and pharmaceutical waste liquid treatment, etc.

g) Others: fish meal waste liquid, feed.
