Description
(Maltose Powder) Spray Dryer is the most widely used process in liquid shaping technology. It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.
Working Principle
Liquid material is atomized through a special pressure nozzle with a high-pressure pump. Hot air enters the dryer after being adjusted by an air distributor. The material and hot air is mixed in the dryer, rapidly carries on heat and mass transfer. Powder or granular products are produced in a very short time. Products with larger particles size are discharged from the bottom of the dryer, smaller particles enter the cyclone with hot air. The exhaust gas is discharged into the air after dust removal in a scrubber. The dryers can be divided into high, middle and low-pressure spray dryers according to different pressures of atomization, while taking into account different flow fields, they are divided into co-current, fountain mode and counter-current spray dryers.
Characteristics:
(1) The air inlet device is equipped with a sub-high-efficiency filter, so that the inlet air can reach 100,000-level purification. Air filters, dehumidifiers, heaters, etc. are all modularized, which is easy to disassemble, maintain, and maintain. Fresh air is dehumidified;
(2) The tower wall is equipped with a cold air jacket device, which solves the problem of sticking to the wall of the traditional Chinese medicine extract. At the same time, the wall temperature is low, and the material will not cause coking and deterioration;
(3) The atomizer is specially designed for the characteristics of the extract, and the distance between the atomization plate and the top of the drying tower is increased to avoid the material from topping;
(4) The equipment is equipped with an air sweeping device at the cone, thereby accelerating the flow of materials on the cone;
(5) The inlet air temperature is automatically controlled to ensure that the color, fragrance and taste of the material will not be destroyed;
(6) Two-stage cyclone dust removal device is used for material collection;
(7) Adopting CIP cleaning system, the equipment is easy to clean and meets GMP requirements;
(8) The control system adopts PLC program control, and the entire operating system is simple and easy to understand, making the operation more convenient for workers.
Applicable Materials

Maltose Powder
Maltose, also known as maltobiose or malt sugar, is a disaccharide formed from two units of glucose joined with an α(1→4) bond. In the isomer isomaltose, the two glucose molecules are joined with an α(1→6) bond. Maltose is the two-unit member of the amylose homologous series, the key structural motif of starch. When beta-amylase breaks down starch, it removes two glucose units at a time, producing maltose. An example of this reaction is found in germinating seeds, which is why it was named after malt. Unlike sucrose, it is a reducing sugar.

Chemical: Aluminum polychloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyzer, wasted liquid, etc.
