It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.



Working Principle

The air passes through the filter and heater and enters the air distributor on the top of the centrifugal spray dryer. The hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is pumped from the material liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of the dryer, so that the material liquid is sprayed into very small mist droplets. The material liquid contacts the hot air in parallel, and the water evaporates quickly. It is dried into finished products within time, and the finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.


Process characteristics of centrifugal spray dryer:

1. Feeding system: the liquid material is sucked by the pump to the granulation nozzle.

2. Spray system: the liquid material is atomized into micron-sized droplets by the granulating nozzle, and then enters the drying tower.

3. Heating system: It is composed of electric heater and hot air pipe to heat the atmospheric air to the high temperature air required by the process.

4. Drying tower system: It is composed of drying tower, hot air distributor, volute, lighting lamp, observation door, etc.

5. Product discharging and dust removal: cyclone separator, bottom collection bottle, tail bag dust collector, three points collection.

6. Electrical control system: Embedded touch control system.

Ceramic: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, Titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.


Chemical: Aluminum polychloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyzer, wasted liquid, etc.
