It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. Therefore, when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.



The centrifugal spray dryer is a continuous atmospheric pressure dryer that uses a pneumatic or electric atomizing device to make the liquid high-speed centrifugal spray into droplets, so that these droplets are in contact with the hot air in the drying room and dried instantaneously.


Working Principle

The feed pump pumps the solution water reducing agent to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer in the center of the drying tower, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation to atomize the feed liquid into fine droplets. The hot air heated by the heat source enters the drying tower after being reasonably distributed by the air distributor. The mist and hot air are fully mixed in the drying tower, and the heat and mass are exchanged quickly, and they are dried into powder products in a very short time. Products with larger particle diameters are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, and products with smaller particle diameters follow. The hot air enters the cyclone dust collector, the separated products are discharged through the discharge valve, and the tail gas containing a small amount of dust is emptied after being dusted by the water dust collector.

Applicable Materials

Oats Powder

Pulse the oats until they are ground into a powder-like consistency. Depending on the speed and power of your food processor, this process should take 60 seconds or less. Stop and stir to ensure that all the oats have been finely ground. One cup of rolled oats will yield approximately 1 cup of oat flour.


Food: Amino acid, vitamin, egg powder, bone powder, flavouring, protein, milk powder, blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, pentadiene carboxylic acid, pectin, flavours, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.


Ceramic: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.


Chemical: Aluminium polychlorid, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, ingotganic catalyzer and all kinds of waste liquid, etc.
