The centrifugal spray dryer is equipped with a centrifugal atomizer and is currently one of the most widely used dryers in industrial production. The material liquid is added to the high-speed rotating atomization plate, and the liquid is thrown into mist droplets by centrifugal force and then dried in the drying chamber.


Working principle

The feed pump pumps the solution water reducing agent to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer in the center of the drying tower, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation to atomize the feed liquid into fine droplets. The hot air heated by the heat source enters the drying tower after being reasonably distributed by the air distributor. The mist and hot air are fully mixed in the drying tower, and the heat and mass are exchanged quickly, and they are dried into powder products in a very short time. Products with larger particle diameters are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, and products with smaller particle diameters follow. The hot air enters the cyclone dust collector, the separated products are discharged through the discharge valve, and the tail gas containing a small amount of dust is emptied after being dusted by the water dust collector.
