It uses the rapid movement of heat-carrying air to drive wet materials and suspend the wet materials in the hot air. This strengthens the entire drying process and improves the transfer rate. The rate of heat and mass transfer, the unbound moisture of the materials dried by airflow can be almost completely removed, and the dried materials will not be deteriorated. The output is significantly higher than that of ordinary dryers, and the user can obtain higher levels in a short period of time. Users can achieve higher economic benefits in the short term.

For many years, it has developed 4 series: Q series, QG series, FG series and JG series.


Working Principle

The wet material enters the dryer through the conveyor and the heated natural air at the same time. The two are fully mixed. Due to the large heat and mass exchange area, the purpose of evaporation and drying can be achieved in a short time.

The dried product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the fly powder is recycled by the cyclone dust collector or the bag filter.

Q-type airflow dryer is operated under negative pressure, and the material does not pass through the fan;

The QG airflow dryer is a positive pressure operation; the material is crushed by the fan;

FG type airflow dryer is exhaust gas circulation type;

The JG airflow dryer is an enhanced airflow dryer, which integrates flash drying and airflow drying.

The fan with dispersing effect is especially suitable for airflow drying of heat-sensitive materials. The high-speed swirling fan impeller can break up wet or even agglomerated materials until they are dispersed. During the dispersion process, they are stirred and mixed at the same time, and then the materials and hot air flow in parallel. This type of equipment is suitable for drying filter blocks, but is also a surface moisture material with a moisture content of ≤40%. If the processing capacity is large or the finished product is required to be dried below 15%, secondary airflow drying can be used.

When the moisture content of the material exceeds 40% but ≤60%, it is difficult to feed the material. A mixer should be used to reduce the moisture content of the feed by mixing the dry material. At this time, the total output of the drying equipment is A substantial decline is not economically cost-effective. Therefore, users should first use mechanical methods (centrifugal dehydration or filter press) to reduce the feed moisture as much as possible to ensure the smooth progress of the drying operation.
