Description
The (Fruit Powder) Spray Dryer is a special drying equipment suitable for drying emulsions, suspensions, pastes, solutions and other liquids. Our company has small-scale and pilot-scale experimental equipment, which can be specially designed and manufactured according to users' different product and process requirements Spray drying equipment enables users to achieve good spray drying effects for their products.
Working Principle:
After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower, and (rotating) sprays into very fine misty liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in cocurrent contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.

Fruit powder is dried fruit that’s been finely ground. Fruit powder can be used in place of artificial flavoring to flavor just about anything. However, fruit powder truly shines in desserts where the moisture balance is very important.
Food: Amino acid, vitamin, egg powder, bone powder, protein, milk powder, blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, pentadiene carboxylic acid, pectin, flavours, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.
Ceramic: Alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, Titania, pottery clay, china clay, all kinds of magnetic porcelain and metal-oxides, etc.
Chemical: Aluminum polychloride, disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalyzer, white carbon black, washing powder, zinc sulfate, silica, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium sulfate, inorganic catalyzer, wasted liquid, etc.
