Features of CMC pneumatic dryer
(1) High drying strength
Airflow drying has high airflow velocity and good dispersion of particles in the gas phase. The entire surface area of the particles can be used as the effective area for drying, so the effective area for drying is greatly increased. At the same time, due to the dispersion and vibration during drying, the gasification surface is constantly renewed. Therefore, the heat and mass transfer process of drying is relatively strong.
(2) Short drying time
The gas-solid two-phase time is extremely short, the drying time is 0.5-2 seconds, the longest is 5 seconds. Therefore, for heat-sensitive or low-melting materials, it will not cause overheating or decomposition and affect its quality.
(3) Large processing capacity
