Principle

The clean thermal medium heated by the heat source enters the drying chamber in a tangential form, forming a powerful vortex swirling airflow with the mechanical agitation mechanism. The wet material is metered into the drying chamber by a feeder, pulverized and dried by stirring and vortex flow. The top of the drying chamber is set with a particle size classifier. The fine powder that meets the drying requirements is discharged from the top of the tower and collected by the latter separator. The larger particles that do not meet the drying requirements are blocked by the classification ring, returned to the drying chamber, and continue to be pulverized and dried. After drying to qualified product, it is discharged out the drying chamber with hot air and collected by a separator. The clean exhaust gas is emptied by the induced draft fan.

The inner cone structure also shortens the length of the cantilever part of the stirring shaft, thereby increasing the reliability of operation. In addition, this structure can effectively prevent the harsh working conditions of the bearing in the high temperature zone, thereby prolonging the service life of the bearing.

2. A scraper is set on the stirring tooth. When the material is smashed by the rotation of the stirring teeth, it is thrown to the wall and sticks to the wall. If the material sticking to the wall is not scraped off in time, serious "scarring" phenomenon will occur, leading to abnormalities. operating. A scraper is installed on the mixing gear to ensure that the material is peeled off before it is firmly bonded to the wall.

3. A grading ring is set on the top of the drying chamber. Its function is mainly to separate and block large particles that have not been dried, and continue to dry, so as to ensure that the product has a narrow particle size distribution and uniform moisture content.

4. A cooling jacket is installed at the hot air inlet of the cone bottom. The temperature where the hot air starts to contact the material is very high, generally close to the temperature of the hot air, and much higher than the temperature in the bed. It is inevitable that a small part of the material will stick around the annular gap during operation, and the residence time will be too long, resulting in the material In order to avoid this phenomenon, a local jacket is added to reduce the temperature of the wall of the vessel and make the operation smooth.
